Outfitted 4 Life (O4L) is a Christian non-profit organization dedicated to providing transformative outdoor experiences for young people.
Our mission is to experience God’s creation, building character and confidence, and gaining skills for life. We are committed to sharing the “good news” of Jesus with each participant throughout our time together.
Meet the Men
behind the O4L Vision
Tommy Sugg
Tommy, a Texas native, married his wife Jennifer 32 years ago and they are blessed with 3 wonderful children, and their spouses (2), and 2 grandsons. His 40+ years of experience in the fields, on the field, and in the classroom has provided him with a unique ability to mentor, inspire, and lead Outfitted4Life.
Tommy became a Christ-follower early in life, largely due to the influence of his parents. Tommy’s love for the outdoors was kindled by his dad and uncles who fueled
his desire to share his passion for the outdoors with young people. A proud Texas A&M grad and football letterman, his desire to combine his love of sports and evangelism allowed him to travel throughout Europe/Asia as part of short-term sports mission outreach and play and coach professionally for 3 years in Europe. He added Boise State and the University of Arkansas to further his educational degrees, coaching, and training. He loves TX BBQ, chocolate, and cinnamon rolls, but not all at the same time!
Todd Riddle
Todd Riddle is a colonel in our country’s Air Force, having served 29 years flying A-10s and F-35 fighter jets. He and his lovely wife Sarah, a speech language pathologist, have been married 29 years, and live in the greater Phoenix area where he is currently stationed in command of the 944th fighter wing at Luke Airforce Base. They have 3 awesome kids ages 23, 19 & 16.
Todd is most likely to be found engaging in lively discourse, playing golf or squash, or rooting for his favorite Nebraska Cornhuskers.
Josh Giere
Josh Giere serves as the Connections Pastor at Bethesda Community Church in Fort Worth, TX. He and his wife Amber, an educator, are the parents of four great kids (ages 13-19), two dogs, and seven chickens.
Josh is an admitted travel guru and foodie, though the chickens are neither travel companions nor are they on the menu.
Brett Unger
Brett Unger serves as the Secondary Principal at a private Christian school in the Northwest Arkansas area. He and his wife Jodi, also an educator, married 20 years have 4 active kids, ages 14, 12, 9, and 5 that keep them busy.
Brett could eat his way thru Texas with Tommy seeking the best BBQ and hunting along the way.
Jason Turner
Jason Turner serves in corporate leadership at a large logistics company in the Northwest Arkansas area. He and his wife of 32 years Leanne, a nurse, have triplets and 2 adopted children and are expecting their first grandchild!
You can find Jason and his family cycling, hiking, or doing any of the various outdoor activities that beautiful Arkansas offers them.
Jason loves a good cup of joe and spending time in God’s Word with others that he does life with.
Clark Miller
Clark Miller serves as CEO and Executive Director for an international relief ministry based in the Washington DC area.
Clark has 5 grown children and 4 grandchildren spread around the country that keep him busy traveling.
You might find Clark at his home in Colorado teaching pizza and French fries to new skiers or bombing off a double diamond at break neck speed. He also loves driving his convertible in the winding picturesque Colorado mountains.
